DESCRIPTION:Mental Health Awareness for Managers (Face to face in Wokingham\, Berkshire) \nThis interactive workshop is for first line Managers\, Supervisors or Team Leaders who want to know more about Mental Health\, how to have conversations around Mental Health and support their own wellbeing. \nMental Health has been talked about a lot more over the last 5 years\, however there is still a stigma to Mental Health. We need to change the cultures that we are working in\, to encourage open conversations\, recognise the most common Mental Health issues and understand that one size doesn’t fit all! \nIn this workshop we will: \n\nRecognise the most common Mental Health issues\nIdentify how to start a welfare conversation with an employee and what to do about the conversation\nDescribe what support you have in the workplace and what else could you do\nIdentify more practical solutions to support your own Mental Health\nPlan how you will grow your positive wellbeing culture in your team\n\nCost = £79 + VAT
