WORLD MENOPAUSE DAY – 18th October 2025

What is Menopause and why do we need to know about it?

Those of us who are going through it will tell you, but isn’t it good to know about it before it happens to you or someone you love. I don’t remember us talking about it at school, but then again I don’t remember them talking about Algebra either! Brain fog is real!

I have been talking about Menopause to whoever will listen for over 10 years and I still missed some of the signs. I’m not a doctor, but I do understand the perils of Menopause.

In this interactive 30 minute session, we will discuss what is Menopause and raising awareness at work and at home. What can you do to support yourself or others around you going through it?

Come and join Tracey and have your say!
