When you think about Anxiety, what do you think? Are you feeling anxious about something or even by reading this? We all feel anxious at some point in our lives, whether it’s a new job, birth of your child, driving, exams etc! There are so many areas in our lives that can make us anxious. Its recognising what triggers it in us, that’s important. Once we understand our own anxieties, we can see how we can support ourselves with strategies to minimize the effects of being anxious.
This learning session is about supporting yourself and others with anxiety. Its about learning what anxiety is, how it happens and what you can do to have some control over it.
