You managed the online advert and did the initial screening of CVs, carried out telephone interview on those you considered suitable knowing how important it was for this new employee to be good on the phone, and send me only strong candidates for me to interview myself.

You also carried out psychometric profiling on the successful candidates, which helped in my decision-making, created solid drafts of the contractual paperwork and gave me loads of advice along the way. We worked with Tracey to delivery diversity training for our team. Working with Tracey to build the session was easy, it was great to be able to adapt a session to meet our requirements for our team. The training was a remote session over MS Teams and Tracey made everyone feel at ease and included throughout.

We chose AJ HR and Training Solutions as our training provider because they listened to what we needed to achieve. The other 2 companies we spoke to had an out of the box approach, which would have left us realising there was so much more to learn.

Tracey guided us to the best overall solution for us and that was to teach our existing passionate team to train as who better than the passionate team we have. She then custom wrote and delivered the full day course for us. She took our team of introverts, taught in a relatable way, which also included much input from the team. By the end of the day, they were all enthused and excited about doing their first training video. It was hugely successful but that is because Claritas HR & Training listen carefully to what you want to achieve overall and have the experience and knowledge to deliver exactly that.
